Kelly Update
Kelly McGarry just gave us a little update to his endless summer down in NZ. Kelly was shredding in the States and up in Canada this summer and is now back home in New Zealand to catch the down under version.

“I have Been Back in New Zealand for about a month , Its been really good to be home ! I got in ..Pulled my Van out of the bushes and brushed it off then loaded it with bikes and surf boards and headed to Queenstown for the Wide open Distributors Product Launch weekend to Hang with the crew and film some clips and get some Photos
Queenstown is going off like a pork chop in the sun these days , The Skyine Gondola is open for bikes and there are some rad tracks to shred up there! Check out this little clip we made from the weekend.
After Product Launching it was a BIG OL roady to Hamilton (Close to Auckland) for the “ On Your Bike Expo” Me and Caleb from Spoke Magazine Built a cool Pump track for every on to cut laps on and also Hucked a few airs on the air bag and Caught up with some NZ bike industry gurus.
We called into Chris Beverland’s new front yard jumps and had a fun as session.
I always wanted to go the most northern tip of New Zealand (Cape Reinga) so we head as north as humanly possible to see what all the fuss was about.
The far North was pretty rad , we surfed alot and pulled the bikes out at a few cool spots and got some awesome pics
We are driving all the way back to Queenstown now which will be a pretty long drive ,but Im looking forward to setting up down there and getting some awesome riding done over the rest of the summer.”

AT Trip to the Philippines
Andrew Taylor went to visit some family in the Philippines a few months ago. He brought a few of his buds from Adidas and they made this video of their trip! Looks like a great time! Check out AT”s signature line of Gravity Light components in the video!
AT Showdown Video
AT was in full effect, he organized the contest, built the course, helped secure the vendors, posted banners, and even found time to kill the course!
Flow team rider and jumping legend Randy Spangler was judging the contest. It must have a tough task considering the amount of awesome riding that was going down.
Gravity’s Ryan Howard was showing the judges his smooth jumping skills along with his deep bag of cranked 360 variations. Congratulations to R-Dog for winning 2nd place!
Shelby Smith was on hand at the AT Showdown and filmed this video of the contest.
Wide Open Product Launch: After Party Session
After the product launch the Wide Open crew headed to Wynyard for a session on mini dream, Jonathan Drew of Local Knowledge was there to get it all on film!

“From The Inside Out” Video Premiere in Seattle, WA 11/07/2011
Gravity is sponsoring 2nd Base Films “From the Inside Out” Video Premiere in Seattle! The premiere takes place at Chop Suey (1235 E. Madison, Seattle WA, 98122) Tickets are $12, Doors at 8:00pm, ages 21 and up. The event is a benefit for former Gravity Employee Evan Choltco-Devlin. Evan was recently injured on a riding trip to Peru. Come support his recovery and check out an awesome new video!
